"The instructions felt confusing from the start"
I ordered from artdot.com, the instructions just didn’t land well for me. The tone was kind of awkward and unclear, like it assumed I already knew what to do, so I kept rereading steps and still had to guess. Some parts felt like they were missing details altogether. Maybe others would figure it out faster, but for me it made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be...

"Colors Didn’t Match What Was Promised"
I was really excited because the pictures online made it look bright and pretty, but what showed up was nothing like that. The colors were dull, kind of weird, and just way off from what was advertised. It’s frustrating when something looks one way on the site and then reality is totally different. Definitely disappointed and I won’t be ordering again

"Support did reply, but it took a while"
Support eventually got back to me, but it took longer than I expected. Not the worst experience, just a bit frustrating waiting around. Has anyone else had the same issue with slow replies?

"Box arrived a little dented"
When my order showed up, I noticed the box was a bit dented, which had me slightly worried at first. Thankfully, the packing inside seemed okay and everything was still fine, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end.

"Helpful, but could be sturdier"
I picked this up for my diamond painting supplies. Mostly the little drills and extras that were starting to take over. It definitely helped. The small containers are handy and it’s nice having things separated instead of all mixed together. But yeah, not totally perfect. A few of the lids feel a little loose, and sorting everything took way longer than I expected. Still glad I got it. Just wish it felt a bit more solid overall.

"Pretty decent overall"
It’s fine for the price. Some pieces look really nice, but a couple had rough edges and felt a little flimsy. Not terrible, just thought it’d be a bit better.

"Finished piece looks really nice"
I ordered from artdot.com and was excited when I finally saw the finished piece in person.

The colors came out really clean, and it looks great on my wall. It’s not flawless, actually, not flawless is maybe too strong, there are just a couple tiny things you’d only notice up close, but from a normal distance it looks lovely.

Overall, I’m really glad I got it. It turned out pretty much how I hoped and makes the room feel a lot nicer.

I was browsing through the designs for a while, probably longer than I needed to since I had coffee and nothing else going on that afternoon, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the options were kind of boring to me, and I just couldn’t find anything that matched my style. I was hoping something would jump out, but nothing really did.

I was disappointed when my order showed up and a few things weren’t what I had picked. It took extra time to deal with, which kind of defeats the point of ordering in the first place. I’d probably think twice before ordering again unless they get the accuracy sorted out.

"I had a hard time using the site"
I was trying to place an order, but the site made it way harder than it needed to be. I kept clicking around trying to find what I was looking for, and nothing felt easy to navigate. By the time I got to checkout, I was already frustrated, and that part confused me even more. I eventually got through it, but the whole experience was annoying.

"Didn’t even last a day"
I was really hoping this canvas would stay put, but the glue basically gave up after one day. It seemed okay at first, then started peeling, which was frustrating. it made the whole thing feel cheap and not worth the hassle.

"Looked handy, but didn’t really earn a spot in my setup"
I picked up some artdot accessories because I kept noticing the same little annoyances while diamond painting and figured these tools might smooth things out. After trying them, though, most of the set just ended up sitting off to the side. The trays felt flimsy, and the pen didn’t work any better than the basic cheap one I was already using. For me, once I saw the pattern of what I actually reached for versus what I ignored, it was clear this wasn’t worth the money.

"Not gonna lie, the shipping was..."
Not gonna lie, the shipping was painfully slow. The tracking updates barely changed, so I was just stuck waiting with no real idea when it would actually show up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t order again if I needed something anytime soon.

"I wasn’t happy with how the return..."
I wasn’t happy with how the return process went. I reached out about sending my order back and getting a refund, but the responses took a while and weren’t very clear. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic information, which got really annoying. I still ended up feeling stuck by the end of it. Has anyone else had the same issue with returns or refunds from them? I probably wouldn’t order again if returning something might be a concern.

"The drills made this way more frustrating than it needed to be"
I don’t know why this had to be so complicated, but the drills really ruined the whole thing for me. A lot of them were uneven, and a bunch had those little tabs sticking off the sides, so I kept having to stop and sort through them. Some of the colors looked kind of dull too, which didn’t help. I feel like I spent more time picking out bad pieces than actually working on the picture. it was just annoying and not something I’d buy again
